↪︎ I present to you my collection of works in the portfolio of a retoucher, so you can see all of my work.
I am always happy to answer any questions.
I hope you enjoy your visit.
↪︎ A retoucher portfolio consists of a collection of images that are used in an assignment, article, advertisement, product launch, or otherwise featured in magazines or websites.
↪︎ I make iconic images for a photo retoucher – for me. However, I’m not doing this for the sole purpose of making it part of my portfolio. I also try to make many images similar to the image that will be shown in my portfolio. Thus, if the image becomes popular, it will be used in many other publications as well.
↪︎ I try to stick to what I call “rules of thumb.” This is what I would like to see in the images I do in my portfolio. The more specific the image, the better if it matches the position in the portfolio. This means that I need to find images that fit the role I created for them.
↪︎ I have been working in the field of photo retouching for a while and it seems like photo retouchers have discovered that they can make a lot of money and get higher quality images for many of their clients. Therefore, there is a lot of pressure on photo retouchers to create high-quality images that are highly rated on review websites and sold around the world.
↪︎ In my opinion, there are too many photographers, and most of them do not know what photography should be. The market is too crowded for all new ideas.
↪︎ So, I think a lot of the problems are caused by a lack of knowledge and time. It is important for a photographer to have a good understanding of how the photography industry works.
↪︎ The best a photo retoucher can do is make sure that they have the right tools and knowledge, and they work to learn and grow. I tried to teach myself everything I know in order to do it well. I would also advise aspiring photographers to take a year or two to start a business that you know how to run. You will have to be patient and learn everything you can on your own, but it’s worth it.
